Rental Information for North Carolina High Country

Although Coe Realty no longer provides rental properties, I hope the following sources of apartments will help you. If you should decide to purchase a condo or home – and let your roommate’s rent pay the mortgage, -- I’d be glad to help you find the right property. One other currently available apartment is located just off Snaggy Mountain Blvd. It is an 800 sq ft, 1 bdr apartment with full kitchen, in a quiet, peaceful setting about 10 minutes to ASU. It is not on the Appalcart though the Appalcart is available at the base of Snaggy Mtn Blvd. The rent is $700/month. The renter will pay his/her own electricity and phone.

There also is a house for rent: 3 bdr/2 ba $1400/month or 5 bdr/3 ba for $2200/month, located on Payne Branch Road, also about 10 minutes to ASU.
